Bodies of Art: The Stylings of Kim Joon

Kim Joon is a Korean artist who uses human forms to create beautiful and somewhat abstract imagery. I’m loving the juxtaposition of the form and depth of the human body with the artistic pattern of the piece itself.

His images are sexy without being overt, suggestive without obscenity, and all around aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately for me, it doesn’t seem that there are any prints available, so for now you’ll have to stick to seeing his work at the Sundaram Tagore Gallery in Beverly Hills, or at Art Link in Seoul.
